Any use of Absolutely Years band's web site ("Site") is subject to these Terms of Use. With access and use of the information, text, graphics, video, music, sounds, photos and other content found on the Site ("Information") you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree to these Terms of Use, don't use the Information.
All Information including but not limited by music, texts, graphics, video, web site design and images available on the Site is copyrighted by the members of Absolutely Years band (except where specified otherwise) and protected by national copyright laws of different countries and international treaty provisions. Hereinafter, the terms “Absolutely Years band” or “Absolutely Years” refer to all the persons involved in creation and promotion of the band's products, including composers, lyrics writers, performers, harmonists, arrangers, soundmen, marketing specialists, web site editors, press secretaries, producers, general managers and others. Information may not be copied, reproduced, modified, published, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, without explicit permission of Absolutely Years band representative, with the exception of the Information provided under the “For Press” category. Except as expressly provided herein, Absolutely Years does not grant any express or implied right to you under any patents, copyrights, trademarks, or trade secret information. Other rights may be granted to you by Absolutely Years representative in writing or incorporated elsewhere in the Information.
The music and accompanying materials (including but not limited by album covers, video clips and image graphics) available for download from the Site and other sources are the copyrighted work of Absolutely Years.
Unless specified otherwise for some particular document, you may freely view, copy to Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) or book-reading device or print any document (including text materials, pictures, audio and video clips) available on the Site, given that
- the document is used solely for personal, non-commercial purposes;
- the document is copied or printed with proper copyright notices (if any);
- the document is not modified in any way (other than conversion to document format, suitable for printing or use on PDA or book-reading device)
Unless specified otherwise you may not make paper copies and distribute the documents or their parts electronically or as hard (paper) copies or on other media. Documents exposed under the “For Press” category may be freely used, copied, printed or distributed with no limitations provided that the purpose of such usage, copying, printing or distribution is connected with press coverage of Absolutely Years' activities, advertisement or marketing campaigns.
Some parts of the Site may have limited access rights and require that you enter authorization information to be authorized to access those parts. Authorization information is issued by Absolutely Years band representatives, and is delivered in electronic or printed form to selected companies and persons. It is a violation of these rules to give away the received authorization information to third parties, unless explicitly permitted by Absolutely Years band representative.
You must refrain from excessive use of the Site resources which can slow down or block functionality of the Site or server resources. For example, don't let download management software make too much simultaneous requests to the site.
Absolutely Years may stop the operations of the Site in full or in part at any time. Due to the nature of computer systems and Internet, Absolutely Years can not be liable for the continuous availability of the Site.
Absolutely Years may limit or completely block your access to the Site (or any part thereof), including, without limitation, that Absolutely Years believes that you willfully violated the letter or spirit of these Terms of Use or when you accidentally violated the letter or spirit of these Terms of Use and failed to comply with Absolutely Years' request to stop the accidental violation within reasonable time.

- your site may link to, but not duplicate content or parts of content of Absolutely Years site or its individual pages;
